The application is to: The sale of alcohol both on & off the premises between the hours of 10.00 until 01.00 Monday to Saturday & Sunday 10.00 until 22.30. To play recorded music & late night refreshments from 23.00 until 01.00 Monday to Saturday. The sale of Alcohol & regulated entertainment to be extended by 1 hour on any Sunday prior to any bank holiday (22.30 23.30) Should New Year's Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day fall on a Sunday, licensable activities to be extended to 1AM. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 26/05/2021. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
