Notice is hereby given that Mr James Purdy has applied in respect of The Anchor, Station Road, Tiptree, Colchester, Essex CO5 0AZ for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Regulated Entertainment and the Supply of Alcohol between hours 11:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 00:00 Friday and Saturday.  It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
