Essex County Council
(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.15) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bays on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring:

Description
Manor Road, Harwich
NORTH-EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the common boundary of property No. 9 & 11 Manor Road, north-westwards for approx. 5.0 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM240 310 revision 1 to 2
Manor Road, Harwich
NORTH-EAST SIDE: From the southern boundary of property No. 17 Manor Road, north-westwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM245 310 revision 0 to 1
London Road, Clacton
SOUTH-WEST SIDE: From the western boundary of property No. 41 London Road, south-eastwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM170157 revision 0 to 1

2. To revoke a 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay, to reinstate a corresponding section of 'Permit Parking Area WH1' (aka Permit Holders Only) on the following length of road in the District of Tendring:

NORTH-WEST SIDE: From the common boundary of property No. 5A & 7 Watson Road, south-westwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM170150 revision 2 to 3

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM170157, TM245 310 revision (rev) 0 to rev 1, TM240 310 rev 1 to rev 2, TM170150 rev 2 to rev 3.

(Tile Barn Lane, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Tile Bam Lane, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 245m south east of its junction with Harwich Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0070GEA68726132 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Tile Barn Lane, Hungerdown Lane, Wignall Street, Harwich Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 22nd April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wix Road, Ramsey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Wix Road, Ramsey in the District of Tendring, from a point 370m north then east of its junction with Tinker Street for a distance of approximately 120m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110132022 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Wix Road, A120 From J B1035 To J B1352, Tinker Street, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Dovercourt Bypass, The Street, Main Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 22nd April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
