Notice of Application for Premises Licence We, Billericay Constitutional Club hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 1a High Street, Billericay, Essex RM12 9BE. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The supply of alcohol and live entertainment/music between 12:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
