TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I ALI ALGUN do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as 109 St James's Street, Brighton BN2 1TH for the following licensable activities variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: To permit consumption of alcohol within premises. *ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 20th May 2021 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
