The Harrow (Speed Limit) (Amendment No. 54) Traffic Order 2021
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow on 26 April 2021 made the above mentioned Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to amend the Harrow (Speed Limit) Traffic Order 2008 to impose a maximum speed limit of 20 miles per hour in the streets specified in the Schedule to this notice.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 3 May 2021, of maps of the relevant areas, of the amended Order (and of the Orders which have amended that Order) can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
