Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

21/0766/FTJL/MGA: 15 London Road, Shenley, WD7 9EW. Change of use of existing building from kennels (Sui Generis) to indoor golf and gym space (use class E). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt.
21/0774/VOC/PHA: Land Adjoining 1, 3 & 5 Shenleybury Cottages, Shenleybury, Shenley. Application for variation of condition 4 (no more than 2 caravans) to increase the number of lawful caravans stationed on site to 4 x caravans following grant of planning permission TP/10/1826. Reason: Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
