Application for a new Premises Licence
Applicant: The Heavitree Brewery PLC
Premises: The Pewsham, London Road, Pewsham, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN1S 3RU
The Application is to:
* License the retail sale of alcohol from 09:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive with opening hours being 06:00 until 23:30

* License the retail sale of alcohol from 09:00 until 01:00 in the function room for ore-booked private events only with the function room closing at 01:00

* Provide regulated entertainment at varied times.

A full record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and can be inspected during normal business hours. Any representations by an Interested Party or Responsible Authority regarding this application can be made to: The Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER. This must be received in writing by 17" May 2021, clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and Is subject to an unlimited fine.
