Take notice that Michael Bloomfield and Charlie Goss T/A Mrs Salisburys of 63 High Street, Maldon, Essex CM9 5EP have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the following: To continue to operate as a café/tea room in our new premises next door to the existing. Proposed Licensable Activity will consist of: Supply of Alcohol, Live Music & Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 0900hrs to 2300hrs With opening hours of 0900hrs to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 18 May 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
