The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 20 May 2021 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C292 (Part), Dumford; from its junction with A345 to its junction with jubilee Hill to enable Openreach to carry out access to overhead structure for customer cabling and associated works. Alternative route: via C292 (unaffected length) - C294 - C56 - A345 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 until 27 May 2021. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: B) Cedar Close, Salisbury; from its junction with Pinewood Way for its entire length; C) Pinewood Close (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Pinewood Way for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a westerly direction; D) Pinewood Way, Salisbury; from its junction with Westwood Road to its junction with Footpath of Maryland Close to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative routes (b) and (c): No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. Alternative route (d): via Westwood Road. This Order will come into operation on 04 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 21 May 2021. E) Station Road (Part), Sedgehill and Semley; from its property known as White House for a distance of approximately 140 metres in a easterly direction to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out Access for water tankers and associated works. Alternative route: via Station Road (unaffected length) - C309 - A350 - Station Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 07 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:00 and 04:00 until 10 May 2021. F) Dinton Road (Part), Wylye; for a distance of approximately 30 metres either side of level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out Level crossing scheme and associated works. Alternative route: via Dinton Road (unaffected length) - C10 -A303 - Chilmark Road - Cow Drove - C277 - Marshwood - Wylye Road -?inton Beeches and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 May 2021 and the closure will be required as follows; Tuesday 04 May 2021 between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 until Wednesday 05 May 2021; Monday 24 May 2021 between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 until Friday 28 May 2021. For further information please contact Centurion Traffic Management on 0113 2775360. Orders (a) to (f) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
