PURSUANT TO S27 THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of RAYMOND ALFRED BAKER a retired Engineer, late of Maycroft Manor Nursing Home, 2-8 Carden Avenue, Hove, East Sussex and of D1, Marine Gate, Marine Drive, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 5TN and who died on the 23rd December 2013, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 11 th August 2014 after which date the Executors of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
