I, Steven Mcloughlin do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the premises at 24 Duke Street, Darlington, DL3 7AQ and known as Chambers. The application is to permit the supply of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment from 09.00 to 02.00 each day. Interested parties or responsible authorites wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to : Trading Standards, Licensing and Parking Manager, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT by Monday 16th June 2014. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in connection with this application" The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing offices of Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at http:/www.darlington.gov.uk
