Notice is hereby given under the Trustee Act 1925 that the executors of Reginald Walter Russell formerly of 7 Nightingale Grove, Southampton, SO15 3HQ, who died on the 5th April 2013 and whose will was proved in Winchester District Probate Registry on the 5th August 2013, are ready to distribute the estate in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said Reginald Walter Russell. Any person having a claim against or an interest in the said estate should provide written particulars thereof to the undersigned before 11th August 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed to the benificiaries having regard only to such claims and interests of which the executors have then received notice.
