Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I Freyja Ducker give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Sandy Duck, 12 Pennance Road, Falmouth, TR11 4EA. The application is to: Recorded Music - Late Night Refreshment - On Sales of Alcohol. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 12 of May 2021. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Detail are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premices licence applications'. Alternatively please telephone the Licensing office on 0300 1234 212.
