The Balloon Tree (Yorkshire) Limited The Balloon Tree Farm Shop & Cafe, Stamford Bridge, Road, Gate Helmsley, YO41 1NB. Application has been made on the 9th of June 2014 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows: 1. To increase the area for the sale of alcohol to include the cafe extension and the external eating/ seating area (see plan). 2. To reduce the hours for the sale of alcohol and the hours the premises are open to the public to 09.00 to 18.00 each day. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below.
