We, Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd of Chapter House 33 London Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9HZ apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Harry Ramsden's 2 Station Rd, Swanage BH19 1AE. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Dorset Council Licensing Authority on 21 April 2021 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The following have been applied for Licensable Activity:
Live Music: 10:00 - 23:00 Monday Sunday.
Recorded Music: 10:00 - 23:00 Monday Sunday.
Late Night Refreshments: 23:00 - 23:30 MondaySunday.
Supply and Sale of Alcohol: 09:00- 23:30 MondaySunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Dorset Council, Worgret Rd, Wareham, BH20 4PP or on

 where Public inspection may also be made. Representations must be received no later than 19 May 2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convicttion is subject to an unlimited fine (level S on the standard scale).
