(Southminster Road, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 155m east of its junction with Dairy Farm Road for a distance of approximately 565m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30054391312 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Oak Drive, Burnham Road Roundabout, Burnham Road, Old Heath Road, Church Road, Maldon Road, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton Road, The Street, Steeple Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Main Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rectory Road, Tolleshunt Knights) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 70m south east of its junction with Bamhall Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00807MAYCWY960EA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Blind Lane, Oxley Hill, Top Road, Brook Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Southminster Road, Asheldam & Tillingham Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, Asheldam & Tillingham Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 105m south of the junction with Green Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003195 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while core holing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Green Lane, Foxhall Road, Highlands Hill, Grange Avenue, Burnham Road - B1018, Main Road, Scotts Hill, David Fisher Way, Queen Street, Pantile Hill, High Street, North Street, North End, Cripplegate, Tillingham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 15th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
