LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Fake Festivals Ltd is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises 'SWINDON FAKE FESTIVAL' (The Premises - a marquee and secured fenced area) which are situated at Faringdon Park (a defined area only), Faringdon Road, Swindon, SN1 5DJ. The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
'Swindon Fake Festival', to provide on one Saturday per year the: Provision of live and recorded music between 12:00 and 23:00, Supply of alcohol between 12:00 and 22:45. Open to the Public between 11.45 and 23:00. An application for the above has been received for one Saturday per year. The Date for 2021 festival is July 24,h. Fake Festivals Ltd will inform the licensing authority of the date each year.
Applications may be inspected at Swindon Borough Council offices between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
