IN THE ESTATE OF Mohammed Aslam deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of Mohammed Aslam otherwise Michael Aslam, Mohammad Aslam late of 8 Derwent Street, Darwen in the County of Lancashire on the 8th day of October 2019 (whose Will was proved by) Iftikhar Hussain the Executor therein named on the 4th day of November 2020, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 1st day of July 2021 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
