The West Pennine Moors Methodist Circuit gives notice that it intends to relocate Headstone/Grave Markers at New Row Graveyard, Heys Lane, Blackburn BB2 4NW.

Also Plot 1 Adjacent to Tree Holden All persons having a legitimate interest in these Memorials/Grave Markers should contact the Circuit by email revstu@outlook.com, by letter to Rev Stuart Smith, 37 Montreal Road, Blackburn BB2 7BY or by phone 01254 691765 by Wednesday 23rd June 2021. The Memorials/Grave Markers will be sited in the North-western "new" section. It is the Circuit's intention for there to be some levelling of this area of the graveyard in order to create an access way. Please see Planning Application 10/15/0601.
