To whom it may concern, take note that I, Man Bahadur Thapa give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Everest Kitchen, 9 Reynolds Way, Abingdon OX14 5JT, and that I have applied for conditions of the licence in respect of sale of alcohol on & off the premises and playing recorded music 1200 to 1430 and 1700 to 2300. Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED before 25 June 2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
