NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT 1. Name of Applicant- Jonathan Guy Coburn 2. Postal address of Premises- Cockburns Butchers, 12 Market Place, Bedale, DL8 1EQ 3. Proposed Licensable Activities- Retail sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm to accompany a meal deal or a food hamper. 4. The register of application and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing to the above named by no later than 4th July 2014. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
