IN THE ESTATE OF GERTRUDE ELIZABETH HAMILTON deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an interest the estate of Gertrude Elizabeth Hamilton late of Viewlands, 23 West End, Walsingham, Bishop Auckland, Co Durham,DL13 3AS who died on the 6th day of August 2013 and to whose Estate Letters of Administration (with will annexed) were granted to George Kenneth Robinson and Ian Shuttleworth the Administrators therein named on the 31st day of December 2013, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 12th day of August 2014 after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
