NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

Hours of trading: Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 8.00pm, Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to Harlow District Council for a licence to use the above premises as a sex establishment Copies of Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (which defines the type of activity that may be carried on under a licence) and of the application may be inspected at the offices of Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG between 9.15am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any objections in respect of the above application must be made in writing to the council at the above address by 18th May 2021.
