Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of AUwynne Rose Mary Fowler late of 53 Laburnum Drive, Oswaldtwistle, Accrington in the County of Lancashire who died on the 9th day of May 2016 (whose Will was proved by) Susan Carole Barker THE [Executor] therein named on the 14th day of August 2018, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 24th day of June 2021 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
