LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Think Of Somethin on the 10th April 2021 applied for a new Premises Licence at BOXCO Altrincham, Atlantic Business Centre, Broadheath,WA14 5NQ Our application is made to Trafford City Council: We are applying for Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 21:00pm Any persons wishing to make any representations to the Council must do so in writing and/or you can view our application by contacting the council no later than 28 days starting on the day the article is published.Address to: Licensing Section,Trafford Council,Trafford Town Hall,Talbot Road, Stretford,Manchester,M32 0TH A representation may also be made to the licensing section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that,at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address not later than 28 days starting on the day after the day the article is published. A copy of the application is kept by the Licensing Section at the above address & can be viewed Mon Fri 10am -13pm & 14:00pm 16:00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
