LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made to The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 26/30 King Street, Twickenham, TW1 3SN.
The Premises Licence is to permit: -The sale of alcohol off the premises on the following days Monday to Sunday 06:00 - 00:00 -The provision of late night refreshment on the following days Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 00:00
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Authority, The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, 2nd Floor Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ between normal office hours Monday to Friday except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 13/05/2021.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
