Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the licensing Ad 2003 to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Unit B, Merry Hill Hetail Park, Merry Hill Brierley Hill DY5 1SY (Part of the former Ultimate Outdoors site) for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption of tie premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
