NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an Interest in the estate of Eric Lawty late of 58 Borrowdale Road, Moieton,Wlnral, CH46 0RF who died on the  11th August 2019 and whose Grant was Issued from the Oxford District Probate Registry District Probate Reojslry on the 7th February 2021 to Denise Michele Scoular and Simon John Leyland the Administrators is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solictors for the said Administrators on or before the (Enter date 2 months after publication) after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice DATED this 6th day of April 2021
