REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following proposal has been
received by the Council as local planning authority.

Applicant: Convoys Properties Limited
Proposal: Approval of Reserved Matters (scale and appearance) for Plot P15 (Phase 1) comprising the construction of a development plot ranging from four to nine storeys in height, proposing 124 affordable homes, 800 sq. m (GEA) of office use (Class B1), 300 sq. m (GEA) of retail uses (Class A), parking and other details pursuant to conditions 20(i) and 21 (i), and discharge of conditions 4 (Microclimate: daylight and sunlight), 9 (Housing: 'Lifetime Homes' standard) and 10 (Housing: Minimum Space Standards) of Outline Planning Permission reference number DC/13/83358 for the comprehensive redevelopment of Convoys Wharf, Prince Street, London, SE8 3JH.
