Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 We Twisted Currant Tea Room give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant/variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of The Twisted Currant Tea Room, 10 Fore Street, Porthleven, TR13 9HJ. The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol 11:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 19th April 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.
