Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Danielle Moors has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Ebike Cafe @ Deheers, 9a Custom House Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8BG for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 9am 10pm. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
