Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Crook & District RAF Association Spitfire Club have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: CROOK & DISTRICT RAF ASSOCIATION SPITFIRE CLUB, 12 NORTH TERRACE, CROOK, CO DURHAM, DL15 9AZ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activity: - The sale by retail of alcohol (On & Off Sales) from 11:00 00:30 Monday to Sunday. From the end of permitted hours on New Years' Eve to the start of permitted hours the following day. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 13th May 2021 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
