IN THE ESTATE OF ELAYNE BOURN (DECEASED)
PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Elayne Bourn who died on 3rd May 2013, late of 85 Hangleton Valley Drive, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 8EJ is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the day of 1st August 2014, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they had notice.
