Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Charlie Harris has applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a club/premises licence in respect of The Shed, Bredy Farm, Bredy Lane, Burton Bradstock, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 4ND to change the licensed premises area and operating hours for live music to Monday to Sunday between the hours of 23:00-23:45. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
