NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT MINH QUANG LE has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Special Treatment Licence for TATTOOING licence for the premises LE ART TATTOO, 589 High Road Leyton, London E10 6PY. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Resident Services, Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PUBLICATION specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
