Notice is hereby given to MR STUART ANDREW BERRY formerly of 3 Viaduct Road, Brighton, BN1 4NS, the freehold owner of 44 Framfield Road, Uckfield, TN22 5AH ("the Property") of the intention of the leasehold owners of the Ground Floor and First Floor flats comprised within the Property to apply to the County Court for a vesting order, so that they may invoke their right as long leaseholders for collective enfranchisement in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
