APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
I Morteza Derayzadeh hereby give notice that I have applied to Epsom And Ewell Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Premises known as and situate at: Miniature Restaurant and Mono Lounge, 11-13 Upper High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 4QY
THE VARIATION IS TO:
- Change the opening/closing times of the premises (11:00 - 01:30).
- Change the supply of alcohol times of the premises (11:00 - 01:00).
- Change the basement area of the venue into a late-night bar allowing customers the option of a meal and also to be able to have a drink, chill out and listen to some music.

Any Other Person or Responsible Authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 3rd May 2021
Representations must be submitted to: Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY
A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
