Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Carringtons Road, Great Bromley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Lilleys Lane for a distance of approximately 215m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBMM7N9Z001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Chapel Street, Rowhedge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Street, Rowhedge in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 50m south east of its junction with Rowhedge Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC3WC57X002 - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Sydney Street to its junction with Tower Street a distance of approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110129388 - Affinity Water). that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Priory Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with St Botolph's Street for a distance of approximately 120m in an easterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in Priory Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with St Botolph's Street to its junction with Queen Street as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (Priory Street) (One Way) Order 1975.

of Entry/Temporary Introduction of One-Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'Prohibition of Entry' restriction into that length of St Johns Road, Clacton-On-Sea in the District of Tendring, from St Johns Roundabout.
2. To temporarily introduce a one way restriction in that length of St Johns Road, Clacton-On-Sea in the District of Tendring from St Johns Roundabout to the entrance of
St Johns Gardens a distance of approximately 100m (traffic to flow in a westbound direction only).

(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway (No.7) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Wafting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
