Application for a Premises Licence

Mr James Cole has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Club Epic, 25-27 Bargates, Town Centre, Christchurch BH23 1QD and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and/or an exhibition of a film; and/or a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or a performance of dance (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in making music or dancing (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or late night refreshment. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 4th June 2014 and 2nd July 2014 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
