Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
Savers Health and Beauty Limited has given to East Dorset District Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Savers, Unit B/C 29-33 Penny's Walk, Ferndown Centre, Dorset, BH22 9TH.

The licensable activity which is proposed will be carried on at the premises is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0900 to 1730 Mondays to Saturdays (finish time 2000 in December) and 1000 to 1600 on Sundays.

The licensing Register of East Dorset District Council is held at Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN and, where applicable at www.dorsetforyou.com.
The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website.

Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by an interested party or responsible authority to East Dorset District Council to be received at their above address no later than 9th July 2014.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
