FOOTPATH 18 (PART) LIVESEY TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpath referred to in the Schedule below due to works being carried out on the line of the right of way.

The Order becomes effective on the 22nd of April 2021 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
