THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Derwentside Care Foundation, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as WILLOW BURN HOSPICE MAIDEN LAW BANK HOWDEN LANCHESTER DH7 0QS for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Live Music Monday to Thursday 10:00 23:00, Friday to Sunday 10:00 00:00, Recorded Music Monday to Friday 08:00 23:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 00:00, Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 00:00 All activities indoors and outdoors, Sale of alcohol on and off sales Monday to Sunday 09:00 23:00. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications.
