Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 We D C Hughes Falmouth Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Falmouth Golf Club, Swanpool Road, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 5BQ. The application is to: Sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment for the new Club House. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 29th April, 2021. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
