Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I/We Jeremy Howard Allerton/Christina Mary Allerton T/A Steps give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Gift Shop, Wenman, Beacon Terrace, The Lizard, TR12 7NZ. The application is for off sale of alcohol. An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 5th May 2021. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
