LICENSING ACT 2003 Chameleon Bridal Boutique of 902-04 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH7 6DL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT we have applied to BCP Council Licensing Authority on 8/4/2021 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for: Licensable Activity: Serving Alcohol Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm, Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 6/5/2021. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
