Premises Licence Application

We, The Mermaids Group Limited Hereby give notice that it have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal name & address of premises: Betsie Jane (40ft Motor Yacht), Cabin Boatyard, Bridge Road, Bursledon, SO31 8AW. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN or Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA, via Public Access (www.eastleigh.gov.uk/licensing) or by email to licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 30 March 2021 and 27 April 2021. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
