I, Lesley Ann Clark, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council lor a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to the Spread Eagle, Mellor Lane, Mellor, Lancashire, BB2 7EG, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence. There are no proposed changes to the permitted timings for licensable activities or to permitted opening times. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the appfcation.
