APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that I Alessandro Cirillo have made an application to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a new Premises licence in respect of 16 Buff Avenue Banstead SM7 2DW for sale of alcohol off premises. To sell alcohol for consumption off premises The application and the Licensing Authority's public register can be inspected at The Town Hall Castlefield Road, Reigate RH2 0SH, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. The date by which relevant persons may make representations to the relevant Licensing Authority against this application is: 28th April 2021.
Take note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale of fines (£5,000)
