(Factory Lane West, Mallows Field and Parsonage Street, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Parking Order) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Factory Lane West, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the east side of the Entrance of Lidl Store for approximately 10 metres east.
2. To Introduce temporary No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on both sides of the Mallows Fields and Parsonage Street up to North West side of Gardeners Road (existing junction protection markings) Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the existing
No Waiting at Any Time restrictions location approximately 55 metres south west of its junction with A1124 Colchester road to its junction with Gardeners Road. Tile reference TL815 305 of The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 shall be temporarily varied to temporarily suspend all existing parking restrictions and introduce the No Waiting at Any Time restrictions as detailed above. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 12/04/2020 to 18/04/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while foul water connection works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Kings Road, Head Street, Colchester Road, A131 Bridge Street, A131 High Street, A1124 Mallows Field, Parsonage Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12/04/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Park Road, Wickham St. Paul) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Road, Wickham St. Paul in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 860m north west of its junction with Sudbury Road for a distance of approximately 240m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th May 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010618844 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Park Road, Catley Cross, Long Gardens, Sudbury Road, Sudbury Road - Bulmer Tye - A131, Bulmer Tye, Hedingham Road, Broad Road, Church Road, The Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Plaistow Green/Moat Farm Road, Greenstead Green & Moat Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plaistow Green/Moat Farm Road, Greenstead Green & Moat Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from the junction witti Barn Hall Road to the junction with Folly Green a distance of approximately 2220m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th May 2021 for 13 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT009-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Plaistow Green, Letches Lane, Gladfen Hall Road, Ravens Hall Road, Post Office Road, Grange Hill, Stisted Road, Brook Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Folly Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colchester Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Head Street for a distance of approximately 1275m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2021 for 6 nights (19:30-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309371 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Head Street, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Boumebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Braintree Bypass - A131, A120 From J A131 /b1256 To J B1024 North Of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Road, Stock Street, Coggeshall Bypass, Colne Road, Church Hill, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1st April 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Martin's Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Martin's Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 10m south west of its junction with Kings Road tor a distance of approximately 35m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th April 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBHTLHEAA - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Martin's Road, Kings Road, Mitchell Avenue, Neale Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 1st April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
